College Mission Statement

Planted in Community, Seeding the Nations

“They will be called oaks of righteousness, a planting of the LORD for the display of his splendour”
ISAIAH 61:3

The Bible College of Wales is committed to training enough people, who working with local Churches around the world, will reach and disciple at least 21 million people in the 21st Century. The nations and the power of Prayer and Faith are at the heart beat of BCW's vision. Students are planted in an International college community; rooted in the word of God; refreshed by His Holy Spirit and sent out to reach the nations with the good news of Christ.

The College

The Bible College of Wales (BCW), has been established for over 80 years, and is well known for the intercessory ministry of its founder Rees Howells. BCW is accredited by Bangor University and offers a degree programme as well as BCW College Diplomas and Certificates. Students can study for one, two, or three years. There are also options to study by distance learning.

Swansea bay is a few minutes walk from the Bible College, offering a scenic setting by the sea to come away and study the Bible. What makes BCW unique is its diverse community; students travel from all over the world to come and study at BCW. From Americans to Zambians many nations come together providing a rich cultural exchange; a 'once in a life time' experience
