Mission Statement Building committed, confident leaders The Leadership Training Centre facilitates distance learning courses for personal enrichment and continuing ministerial development. The courses are grouped in three categories: Biblical Studies, Doctrinal and Pastoral with the emphasis on Christian leadership and church development. Most of the courses and seminars are held on weekends specifically to enable access to those who are bi-vocational or otherwise engaged. The Leadership Training Centre accommodates the Roswith Gerloff Archive: a unique collection of research material on the Black Majority Churches in the UK. It also hosts the Oliver Lyseight Annual Lecture that seeks to enable strategic conversations about the Pentecostal heritage, theology and mission with specific reference to the Black Majority Churches in the UK. |
